Mitsubishi Laser Displaying New Fiber Laser Machine at FABTECH Canada 2018

Toronto, Canada – Mitsubishi Laser, a leader in laser cutting machining innovation, is excited to be participating in FABTECH Canada 2018, Canada’s leading metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event. Mitsubishi Laser can be found in booth 622 on June 12-14 at the Toronto Congress Center. At the event, Mitsubishi Laser will feature its latest fiber laser technology – the Advanced 800 series eX-F. This machine is unlike any other fiber laser on the market with its state of the art ZOOM fiber head to support higher kilowatt inputs and eliminate beam adjustments.   The Advanced 800 series eX-F fiber laser includes the new M800 control which has a 19-inch tablet-style touchscreen, enabling users to swipe, pinch and tap to view data. In line with Industry 4.0 requirements, the processing, consumption and service data available with this control ensures transparency in all production stages. Booth visitors can also expect to see fast/efficient press brake and milling machines. The BB 4013 electric press brake ensures reliable performance and ± 0.001mm repeatability while the drive system enables high-speed movement with a 2.1s cycle time. The SV1300B milling machine excels in maximum material removal with its ability to handle large tools and bigger parts.   Additionally, there will be live demonstrations of MC Machinery’s remote360 applications happening every day at MC Machinery’s booth 622. Remote360 is a new monitoring system designed to provide transparency to the laser cutting process.
