AMADA Canada to Display Fibre Laser Cutting Machine, Press Brake with Automatic Tool Change at FABTECH Canada

The laser cutting machine includes a single module 6-kW fibre laser and AMADA LBC technology, ensuring fast and precise cuts across various materials, especially in medium to high-thickness materials. The Laser Integration System (LIS) streamlines production with autonomous and simplified operation. Controlled by the new AMNC 4ie controller, the system offers intuitive operation, including features like Face ID. The machine is suitable for projects from intricate designs to heavy-duty applications.

The press brake is AMADA’s next-generation automatic tool changing machine and accommodates a diverse array of materials and thicknesses. Its design prioritizes the comfort of operators, ensuring an ergonomic and user-friendly experience that enhances precision and workflow efficiency.  The upper beam of the EGB series is driven by a fully electric servo-drive system. Increased ATC storage capacity (up to 33 per cent more compared to the previous model), independently controllable asymmetric electric crowning system, and the Y3 axis backgauge system further enhances performance.
