Kevin Fleming is the Director of Lincoln Electric’s Transportation Industry Segment team, bringing over 20 years of expertise in advanced welding technologies and automotive manufacturing. Since joining Lincoln Electric in 2001, he has held pivotal roles in technical sales and regional management, earning recognition as a subject matter expert in robotic welding, Industry 4.0 solutions, and high-performance applications for OEMs and Tier suppliers. In his current global role, Kevin leads strategic initiatives to address evolving industry challenges through innovation. He holds a B.S. in Welding Engineering Technology from Ferris State University and actively serves as scholarship chairman on the AWS West Michigan board.
