Tube Honing & Finishing is excited to introduce our newest capability at FABTECH: advanced tube laser cutting and engraving
powered by a TRUMPF Tube Laser system.
This next-generation technology delivers exceptional speed, precision, and repeatability for everything from rapid prototyping and
short production runs to full-scale manufacturing. Our system processes round, square, and rectangular tubing up to
254 mm (10”) in diameter, with material thicknesses up to 14 mm, across materials including mild steel, stainless steel,
aluminum, copper, and brass.
With the ability to load material up to 9.2 m (30’) and unload finished parts up to 6 m (19’), the system supports complex parts,
bevel cuts, and clean internal tube finishes with optional anti-splatter technology.
